It neighbors a boutique San Francisco hotel and is one block from the historic Powell Cable Car Line. Currently, we have submitted the Preliminary Project Assessment, completed the required environmental studies, and responded to the first round of planning comments.
We are now in the process of responding to the second round of planning comments, and updating the transportation study and historic review as a result of the plan revision based on the planning comments. Construction is scheduled to begin 1st quarter 2015, with a late 2016 completion date.
