The Globe is set to be the first internationally themed retail and entertainment lifestyle center in the country

As the first multi-cultural lifestyle center in the United States, The Globe will serve as the premier retail and entertainment destination in the Bay Area. Located 40 miles to the southeast of San Francisco, it will not only attract visitors and acclaim regionally but also from around the world. The site area covers 31 acres with 487,015 square feet of Gross Floor Area. Saigon Village was completed in 2008 and Pacifica Village is scheduled to be completed in July 2014. Constructions for Phases III and IV are set to begin summer 2014 and to be completed in summer 2015.

Inspired by cultural styles from around the world, each building district reflects unique design elements from its international theme. These 7 districts will offer cuisine through restaurants and grocery stores, entertainment from a variety of businesses ranging from comedy clubs to karaoke, and hard to find goods and clothing within the many retail shops. The central district, “The Heart” will be a blending of cultures and will feature performances and celebrations as a form of entertainment for patrons to enjoy. The Globe will not just be a shopping center, it will be a place to experience the world without leaving the Bay Area.
